Work Center Opportunities
As a worker at one of our work centers you have a lot of different choices of the work you can perform. All of the positions can be done by any individual by receiving the training you need and by getting paid based on the work that you do.Your pay is based on what other employers might pay for certain work (“prevailing wages”) and on how much work you can produce (“individual productivity”).You can work as a full time worker part time work. We will make sure to pay for whatever percentage of time you can work. If you need a structured environment and supervision or someone to give you a bit more direction, we have positions withpeople to help you. If you are looking for something where you can be a bit more independent, we have jobs for that setting too! Whatever it is you are looking for, it is our goal to fulfill you needs and help you to be successful within our work centers or our community.
